Officially scheduled to be the lifestyle shoe for Nike-sponsored athletes at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, the Nike VaporMax 2020 has since been tried and tested by everyday consumers. Soon, those who traverse city and rural landscapes alike will have the option to add a “Newsprint/College Grey/Black/Opti Yellow” colorway of the silhouette to their rotations.
FlyKnit construction across the upper is predominantly clad in an olive green-like tone, that when paired with the orange accents across the profiles, creates a military garb-reminiscent arrangement. Hits of purple, blue and light green join the mix along the sneakers’ sidewalls, with the most-latter hue also appearing in a slightly darker shade on the “LOCK” component of the FlyEase system on the heel. Swooshes on the profiles indulge in a muted grey, but their knit composition delivers some flair to the iconic logo. Underfoot, the reworked Air Max unit-variant indulges in a deep navy tone, which extends onto the tread.
Enjoy official images of this VaporMax here below, and expect pairs to arrive to Nike.com before the year ends.
