With 2021’s major holiday season Air Jordan 11 release out of the way, rumors and early-looks of Jordan Brand retros scheduled for 2022 have become more common. The latest?: A first-look at a “Pure Violet”-accented Air Jordan 11 Low.
A women’s-exclusive, the newly-surfaced pair continues the Jumpman Team’s tendency to prep low-top Jordans for the warmer months of the year, as the shoes are likely to release around the mid-year. As with past “Citrus” and “Legend Blue” colorways, the upcoming style features a predominantly “colorless” base and midsole arrangement that allows for titular “Pure Violet” to revel in the spotlight. Yet, the next Jordan 11 Low may deviate from its predecessors by dipping of its ballistic mesh material in a faint shade of the headlining hue. Mudguards, branding and outsoles all boast the pastel-reminiscent purple proudly, with the most latter components donning the color in a semi-translucent finish.
Enjoy early shots of the low-top retro ahead, and anticipate a Nike SNKRS launch come spring or summer.
Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, the Nike Air Force 1 celebrates it 40th anniversary throughout 2022, which should include high-profile collaborations.
